He started out as an international commercial litigator and is widely known for his advice to corporate and private clients. David calls London home, but in today’s borderless society, he is passionate about positively serving clients worldwide. His global presence and wealth of experience across financing, IPR and regulatory matters, international regulation and fund structures ensure that he is able to consistently deliver results.

As WGP Global’s Chief Innovation and Marketing Officer and co-founder, Christopher has gained unparalleled experience in the corporate advisory space, establishing himself as an expert in evaluating investment needs and securing the capital to create, grow or restructure businesses. Known for financing and IPOs, alternative currencies, European and international market mechanisms, media production and distribution, Christopher is an early adopter of new tech and a self-confessed family man and geek.
Jerry Everett

Jerry Everett has had an impressive career as an engineer, entrepreneur and executive in the ICT sector. He’s advised the Government of Malaysia on technology in healthcare, and is credited with building a profitable internet-enabled startup and an exploration and development company focused on innovating in the mobile & telecom market. The European VP of WGP Global, his focus is on market development in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Jerry lives in the Netherlands and enjoys cycling, reading and cooking.

Ivan Župan is one of WGP Global’s partners for south-east and central Europe. He has extensive business development experience in the region, and is committed to providing clients with full legal support as required. Ivan is founding and managing partner at ZBA, a law firm in Zagreb, Croatia, who are members of the Legal 500, IR Global and other international business networks.
Luka Antunović

A lawyer by vocation, Zagreb-based Luka Antunović will ensure that WGP Global’s client base are fully compliant in all areas when conducting cross-border business or otherwise in south-east and central Europe. The acting managing partner of ZBA and a leading business consultant in commercial and taxation issues, Luka is also a board director at UNIJA Consulting Ltd. in Zagreb, as well as a member of AmCham Croatia and the Croatian-Slovenian business network.
James Mayall

Professor James Mayall leads WGP Global’s geo-political services division. He is Emeritus Professor of International Relations at the University of Cambridge. He began his career as a National Service Officer in West Africa before teaching International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science between 1966 and 1998. In 1997 he was appointed Professor of International Relations at the University of Cambridge, became a Director of the Centre of International Studies in January 1999 and was elected a Fellow of the British Academy in 2001. He has written extensively and has been published widely on a number of topics.
